-
Customer orders are accepted only via the Online Store website (in the domain https://www. www.wspark.pl ) after completing the entire order placement procedure.
-
Orders can be placed during the availability of the Store's website (generally 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, however, due to technical limitations, the Seller does not guarantee constant availability of the Store's website).

From this moment, the sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer is legally binding.
V. Procedure for placing an order for Goods
-
The Customer selects the Goods and their quantity by clicking the "ADD TO CART" or "PICK UP FROM WAREHOUSE" button. The "Basket" window shows the number of selected Goods in the basket, their unit price, value and the total value of the entire order.
-
By repeating the above procedure, the Customer may add more Goods to the basket or increase their quantity.
-
The Customer can check the contents of his Cart by clicking the "Cart" or "Go to Cart" button, where he also selects the method of delivery and payment, and obtains final information on the costs of delivery of the Goods and the ordered Services.
-
At this stage, the Customer may also verify the contents of his basket and make any changes (e.g. quantity of the Goods), recalculate the value or remove the Goods. Clicking on the name of the Product in the "Product Details" column opens a page with detailed information about the Product. To remove a given Product from the basket, use the "X" button.
-
The Customer may continue shopping by clicking the "Return to shopping" button after adding the Goods to the cart or by clicking the "Return to store" button while browsing the contents of his cart.
-
After adding all the ordered Goods to the Cart and finally checking its contents, the Customer continues the ordering procedure by clicking the "Next" button and goes to the next step "Shipping and invoice".
-
At this stage, the customer can choose one of three variants:
a) "Log in" - the Customer who has an account in the Store on the websitehttps://www. www.wspark.pl , if he has not logged in before, enters his e-mail address and password.
b) "Create an account" - if the Customer does not yet have an account in the Store onhttps://www. www.wspark.pl , at this stage it is possible to create an account (more about registration on the website in point XIII of these Regulations). Registration is voluntary,
c) "Order without registration" - each Customer can make purchases without registration, each time providing all the data required to complete the order (in a manner similar to the registration process - point XIII of the Regulations). -
After selecting one of the three above variants, the Customer is transferred to the next page, where he provides invoice data, delivery address and gives formal consent. At this stage, the Customer may provide a different delivery address than the address provided for the invoice, and also indicate whether he wants to receive a VAT invoice with business activity data. The previously selected delivery location to the parcel machine or for personal collection is the delivery address indicated in this step.
-
If all data is correct, the Customer places an Order by clicking the "Order and pay" button. This is the moment of concluding the Agreement (the transaction terms in force at that time are binding and final for the Seller and the Customer).
-
By accepting the Regulations, the Customer accepts the Seller's use of electronic invoices in the form of a PDF file and their sending to the e-mail address provided by the Customer or making them available on the Customer's Account. Notwithstanding the above, the Seller may also use invoices in traditional form. The Seller's consent to the use of electronic invoices may be withdrawn at any time by means of the Customer's statement sent to the office address@ www.wspark.pl

-
The status and details of the Order can be checked by the Customer (unless he/she has made purchases without registration) at any time in the "Orders" tab after logging in to the Account. In addition, all relevant data from the placed Order will be additionally sent to the Customer to the e-mail address provided by him (the Customer may print the content of the information received in this form).

-
The Store also offers the possibility of personal collection of the purchased Goods on the terms set out in these regulations.
-
The Goods are delivered to the address indicated in the Customer's Order via the following companies: DHL Parcel Polska Sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw.
-
The delivery period of the Goods to the Customer includes the time of packing the Goods and the delivery time of the parcel by the Courier Company. This period is a total of up to 7 days counted from the day following the date of placing the order in Poland and up to 14 days in the EU (for orders payable on delivery or via online transfer or payment card, provided that the payment is made in accordance with the regulations of the Przelewy24 website). . The ordered Services are performed on the day of delivery of the Goods by the Courier Company.
-
The period for preparing the goods for personal collection from the Wood Spark warehouse (if this option is selected) is 3 business days from the date of placing the order (for orders payable on delivery or via online transfer or payment card, provided that the payment is made in accordance with the regulations of the PayU website). .
-
If the Store cannot deliver the Goods (including collection from the warehouse) because it turns out that the Goods are not available, immediately, but no later than within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, the Seller will notify the Customer about this and return the entire amount received. a sum of money from the Customer. If some of the Goods covered by the Order are not available, the Seller will suspend the execution of the Order and contact the Customer so that the Customer can decide how to process the Order. Then the customer has the opportunity to:
a) maintain the will to complete the Order within the scope of available Goods, or
b) resignation from the entire Order, or
c) changes to the Order regarding unavailable Goods. -
Delivery generally takes place on business days, during business hours for courier companies and depending on the logistics plans of these companies. Personal collections from the Wood Spark warehouse take place on business days and hours.
-
In the case of deliveries made via DHL Parcel Polska Sp. z o. o. the delivery date is decided by the courier, and if delivery is not possible or collection from the parcel machine is not possible within the time specified by the courier, the Goods are left for collection at the "notification point" in accordance with the general regulations of this courier (provided that for important reasons - including epidemiological reasons - notification and collection at the point may be disabled). After the ineffective expiry of the notification period, the goods are returned to the Seller.
-
The Store suggests that Customers unpack the Goods in the presence of a courier or (in the case of personal collection in the showroom) an employee and check whether they are not damaged. In the event of damage to the Goods during transport, the courier or employee will prepare an appropriate report and then take the shipment or suspend the personal release of the Goods, which will significantly facilitate the possible complaint process.
-
The delivery cost is influenced by the size of the Goods and the method of payment for the Goods chosen by the Customer. Personal collection of Goods at a selected showroom. is free.
-
The appropriate amount resulting from the information presented on the "Payment methods" page in the "Cash on delivery" tab is added to the delivery costs of each shipment if you choose to pay "cash on delivery" (including cash on delivery at a parcel machine).
-
In each case, the Goods will be released no earlier than the entire price of the Order has been paid. Until the entire price of the Order is paid, the Goods remain the property of the Seller. In the case of financing the purchase with a consumer credit, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the release of the Goods until the deadline for withdrawing from the consumer credit agreement expires.
-
The possibility of personal collection from the warehouse depends on the availability of all purchased goods (including the expected quantity) in the warehouse - about which the Customer will be informed on the "Basket" page.
-
The Customer will be informed by e-mail about the preparation of the Goods for personal collection of the placed order (completion and packing of the order).
-
An invoice or receipt with the employee's confirmation (authorizing collection in accordance with point 23(b)) will be issued when making the payment (additional payment) at the showroom's cash desk and may only be issued directly to the person placing the order or to a person who proves in writing the right to represent him.
-

The above does not exclude the possibility for the Seller to seek compensation from the Customer for damages incurred as a result of unfulfilled transport or Order (in particular the costs of the undelivered shipment and the original shipment due to his fault).
